Financial Management Systems Consulting

These services entail working with First Nations to assess their financial management laws, policies and procedures.  

Following that, we compare the financial system to industry standards and create a work plan to fill the gaps.  

The third step is to implement and sustain the new financial system.  



Clients for these services include First Nations who are: 

    • Working toward First Nations Financial Management Board (FNFMB) Financial Management Systems Certification
    • Meeting the Access Criteria of the First Nations Market Housing Fund
    • Developing a Financial Code as part of the community’s Land Code
    • Demonstrating Financial Capacity over Financial Resources.
